TRANSPORT:
Getting in touch with our personnel of the Call Center of Airport Transfers, giving the details of the transfer and the missing articles. We will make an effort to make you recover what forgotten, if possible without expenses or otherwise with only the reimbursement of the expenses sustained for the redelivery.

It is necessary to make this request at the time of booking, indicating the age of the children in the "Special Requests" box.

In the event that the driver does not have transfers immediately afterwards, we will pay the driver a surcharge equal to the waiting time, calculated at € 25.00 per hour.

VOLO E AEROPORTO:
If you are aware of the delay of the flight, inform the Call Center of Airport Transfers. The driver will wait for you until your arrival making you pay only the hours of waiting after the first 90 minutes contemplated in the cost of the trip. The hours of waiting will be calculated for a cost of € 25,00 for hour or fraction of hour exceeding.
Unless otherwise agreed, the driver will be waiting for you with the Airport Transfers sign with your name on it at the passenger exit in the arrivals hall after customs. For other arrivals, for example at the Railway Station, at the head of the arriving train; at the port, on the quay where the disembarkation of the passengers is foreseen.
You will have to call the Airport Transfers Call Centre, which will immediately put you in touch with your driver.
The scheduled transfer is private so you will never have to wait at the airport and you can leave as soon as you have collected all your luggage.
All airlines have baggage agents. They will organise the return of luggage to the customer's accommodation address. In particular cases in which the customer cannot wait for the times dictated by the airport employees for the redelivery of the baggages, it can be agreed with the Call Center of Airport Transfers for the direct withdrawal by a driver establishing cost and modalities beforehand.
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one bag with skis or snowboard. At the moment of the booking you will have to indicate the entity of your baggage; Airport Transfers will have the faculty to accept or not the transport of the baggage in excess, meaning that, in affirmative case, it will communicate you the increase of expense.
