Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the protection of personal data.

Mont Blanc Services S.n.c. (hereinafter Airport Transfers), through the operations of booking and their relative confirmation, acquires the data related to the customers and/or passengers necessary to the fulfillment from the same, and/or other societies that develop service on behalf of Airport Transfers, of the contractual obligations assumed toward the customers and/or passengers themselves (art. 24 of the D. Lgs 196/2003).
Therefore, the aforesaid data will be exclusively used for the finalities above indicated over that for the finalities of activity management, invoicing, elaboration, in the respect of the principle of the correctness and the dispositions of law and their missed conferment won't allow Airport Transfers to give execution to its own obligations. The personal data could be communicated by Airport Transfers to subjects delegated to the accomplishment of necessary activities to the execution of the transports and diffused exclusively in the within of such finality.

The customer and/or passenger enjoys the rights set out in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, i.e. at any time he/she may:

1. to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for legitimate reasons or in the event of use of the data for sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications, and to be informed, at the time the data are communicated and disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge;
2. to ask confirmation of the existence at Airport Transfers' head office of own personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. For each one of such applications, where the existence of data concerning the requesting passenger does not result confirmed, a contribution of expenses can be asked, not superior to the costs effectively borne by Airport Transfers;
3. obtain information on the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing and the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the person responsible for processing the personal data, as well as the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them;
4. obtain the updating, rectification and integration; request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, and obtain certification that these operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

To obtain the cancellation of your personal data, you must send a written communication by fax, e-mail or post to the carrier's head office.- The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil accounting and fiscal purposes as provided for by law and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years.- The data controller is Mont Blanc Services, at the head office of Route Chenoz Snc, 11010 Pré-Saint-Didier (Aosta) - Italy.
