Lione Saint-Exupéry (LYS)

Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport (IATA: LYS, ICAO: LFLL) is a French airport located near the city of Lyon, in the Rhône department. On 29 June 2000, on the centenary of his birth, the airport was named after the French aviator and writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, a native of Lyon. Lyon Airport is the fourth busiest airport in France in terms of passenger traffic, is a major hub for connections and has a modern TGV train station designed by Santiago Calatrava. A light railway runs from the terminal, connecting the airport with Lyon Saint Exupéry TGV station and the city of Lyon by connecting to its tram network.
